Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns on special or custom items. Our 30-day return policy applies to in-stock items only.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

- Sale items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
